To achieve success, he unites all willing Dorik forces, recruiting men and women who possess courage and dedication. Together, they form a formidable rebel army.

After numerous battles, the time for the ultimate confrontation arrives. Lapu-Lapu devises a plan to trap the Moniyan forces at the base of a mountain, where a hidden army of Dorik warriors awaits. Anticipating Lapu-Lapu’s expertise in jungle warfare, the Moniyans guard the only escape route, believing the rebels will either confront them or face certain doom within the mountain.

Under the cover of darkness, Lapu-Lapu and his soldiers descend the cliff using makeshift ropes and launch a surprise attack on the unsuspecting Moniyans. Fueled by their accumulated anger and determination, the Dorik warriors overwhelm the enemy swiftly. Lapu-Lapu personally executes the Moniyan warlord, sealing their victory.

With their leader gone, the Moniyan invaders falter, and Lapu-Lapu’s resistance forces drive them back to the mainland. The Vonetis Islands are once again restored to a bright and liberated paradise, thanks to Lapu-Lapu’s unwavering resolve and the united efforts of the Dorik people.

Lapu-Lapu Overview

Lapu-Lapu is a Fighter hero who specializes in Chase and Burst attacks. His skills are made up of Buff, Shield, AoE, Blink, Damage, Morph, Crowd Control, Reduce Damage and Burst. Enemies tremble on his rampaging attacks which can heavily damage a large group and swiftly incinerate squishy heroes. Basic Stats

Skills

Lapu-Lapu accumulates Bravery Blessing each time his skills hit the enemy. When Bravery Blessing is full, his next Basic Attack will grant him a shield, and cause him to dash at the target and deal extra damage.

Lapu-Lapu releases two boomerangs in the target direction, dealing damage to enemies hit on their way out and back.

Lapu-Lapu charges in the target direction, dealing damage to enemies along the way.

Lapu-lapu leaps to the target location while combining his twin blades into one, dealing massive damage to nearby enemies upon landing and slowing them. For the next 10 seconds, he gains extra Physical & Magic Defense and a new set of skills.

Heavy Sword Stance

Lapu-Lapu begins channeling, slowing enemies in the target direction. He then slams his heavy sword into the grand, stunning enemies hit for 1 second.

Lapu-Lapu whirls his heavy sword, gaining extra Damage Reduction for each enemy hero hit.

Lapu-Lapu swings his heavy sword 3 times. He gains Control Immunity during this process and can change his attack direction and move a short distance on each attack.

Festival of Blood – Spell Vamp is increased by 8%. Killing an enemy hero grants 1% extra Spell Vamp, to a max of 12%.

Battle Spell

This battle spell will help Lapu-Lapu escape unexpected situations or chase dying enemies. It can also be combined with his other skills for a surprise attack and ambush. The current Global Top 1 Lapu-Lapu of Mobile Legends found it effective to use this spell for him.

This battle spell is another option you can consider for Lapu-Lapu because it compliments his burst attacks. Enemies who managed to survive his combos with little HP left can be eliminated by this spell.

Skill Upgrade Priority

First Priority – First Skill: Justice Blades
Main Priority – Ultimate Skill: Bravest Fighter
Least Priority – Second Skill: Jungle Warrior

Lapu-Lapu Combo

First Combo
First Skill + Second Skill + Basic Attacks
This will be your early game combo before reaching level four. It’s ideal to keep poking your target with the First Skill until your Bravery stack becomes nearly full. If it’s almost full, do the three consecutive attacks where your shield will be activated.

Second Combo
Ultimate Skill + Basic Attack + Second Skill + First Skill + Ultimate Skill 3x
Use this combo if your Bravery stack is nearly full. Hitting an enemy with the Ultimate Skill will make it full and dealing a Basic Attack will greatly damage your target and give you a shield. You can proceed with the next attacks more confidently knowing that you have a shield advantage.

Third Combo
Second Skill + First Skill + Ultimate Skill + Basic Attack + Second Skill + First Skill + Ultimate Skill 3x
This long combo is recommended if your Bravery stack is less than half. Making three solid hits to an enemy hero will instantly fill it and then you can proceed with the Heavy Sword Stance attacks.

Fighting Strategy

Poke. Despite being a melee hero, Lapu-Lapu’s long-range First Skill, blink from his Second Skill and shield from his Passive Skill gives him a poking advantage. Start by throwing your Justice Blades when the enemy gets near and then move back out to avoid retaliation. Keep doing it until your target’s HP becomes less than half. Once your Bravery Blessing stack gets full or is almost full, you can now do a combo of your First Skill, Second Skill and enhanced Basic Attack that will give you a shield.

Farm. Make the most out of farming minions by hitting the enemy hero with your First Skill as well. If your area is clear, the quickest way you can clear out the minion wave is by picking the time they’re all lined up straight and then using your Second Skill and First Skill.

Gank. Take advantage of Lapu-Lapu’s stun to prevent an enemy from escaping a gank. Use his Second Skill to pass through thin walls so you can quickly chase your target. It’s best to have a full Bravery Blessing stack before engaging in a gank.

Team Fight. While Lapu-Lapu has a Shield, Damage Reduction and Crowd Control immunity advantage, don’t be too confident when facing a large group of enemies. In a large-scale team fight, allow the tank to initiate the clash and absorb most of the attacks before jumping into the battle to ensure survivability. If it’s a 2 on 2 battle only, that’s when you can consider initiating a fight.
