Harley is the mage genius of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. He is hailed as the famous magic prodigy of the Lion Academy in the Magic City. He is quick to learn sophisticated spells and his mastery is quite exceptional. As a kid, his tendency to be a rascal and adventurous was demonstrated when he explored the jungle in the middle of the night with his friends.
They overheard about the evil plot of the Dark Wizards organization. Wanting to help, they started a plan to find their secret base so they can report it to the headmaster. In the process of investigating the matter, he activated a portal by mistake, and it took him to the Scholar City. In this place, he found help from Rooney, the mecha master, and got to partner with Alpha, Bruno, Saber and Lolita to beat the boss of the Dark Wizards. After their victory, he continued his adventure in the Land of Dawn.
Harley Overview
Harley is an assassin/mage who specializes in poke/burst attacks. His offensive attacks are powerful but he has a below-average level of durability. Unlike other mages, Harley could deal Magic Damage with his Basic Attacks. He is feared for his surprise combo attack with concentrated magic that is hard to counter. His ability to teleport in his hat makes it hard for his enemies to retaliate from his attacks.

Skills
Every time Harley inflicts damage, he reduces the target’s Magic Defense (this effect stacks up to 10 times). Harley’s Basic Attacks inflict Magic Damage.
Harley throws several waves of cards in a target direction, each inflicting damage to the first enemy hit.
Harley blinks in the target direction while leaving a magic hat. He can cast this skill again to return to the hat’s location.
Harley casts a ring of fire at a target enemy hero that explodes before it disappears, inflicting extra damage to the enemy based on the damage taken within the skill’s duration.

Battle Spell
It’s highly recommended to use retribution for Harley and use him as the core hero because of the nature of his skills and attacks. This is what the current Global Top 1 Harley player is using.
If you’re not using Harley as a core hero, Flicker would be the next best option for him. This will make it harder for the enemies to catch him and it will also boost his chase ability.

Least Priority – Second Skill: Space Escape
Harley Combo
First Combo:
Second Skill + First Skill + Basic Attacks + Second Skill
Use this combo in the early part of the game to poke your target while waiting to unlock your ultimate skill. Use the Second Skill again within 4 seconds to return to your hat to escape.
Second Combo:
Second Skill + Ultimate Skill + First Skill + Basic Attacks + Second Skill
Unlike other heroes where you need to use the ultimate skill as the final blow, it’s different in Harley’s case. If you want to inflict maximum damage on the enemy, always use the ultimate skill ahead of his first skill. It amplifies the damage of the final explosion of his ultimate skill.
Third Combo:
Second Skill + Ultimate Skill + Retribution + First Skill + Second Skill
This is almost the same as the second combo but you’re using the ice retribution spell to further damage and slow the Movement Speed of your target.
Fighting Strategy
Poke. From Harley’s specialty itself, he’s a poke/burst hero. His teleportation hat, Movement Speed boost and burst attacks make him one of the most fearsome poke heroes. Harass your target early in the game the moment your two skills are activated.
Map awareness. Keep an eye on the minimap to stay aware of the enemy’s movements. Harley excels at split-pushing and rotating, so take advantage of this by creating pressure in different lanes and ganking unsuspecting enemies.
Farm. Farming is essential to gain an early advantage. Use Harley’s First Skill to clear minion waves quickly and efficiently. Additionally, try to secure the jungle buffs whenever possible to further enhance your damage potential.
Team Play
Beware. Heroes with crowd control abilities are his weakness. They can prevent him from using his Second Skill to escape so beware of them. Maintain proper distance from them and have a fighter or tank take their blows before joining the fight.
Focus on the enemy’s backline. Since Harley is a burst mage, he’s best at killing squishy enemies like the marksman and mage. Focus on killing these heroes first in team fights.
Positioning. As a mage, positioning is vital for Harley’s survival. Stay at the backline during team fights and take advantage of his long-range skills. Position yourself properly to avoid getting caught by crowd control effects and focus on dealing damage from a safe distance.
